Return/Exchange

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

ArienTrends offers a very flexible Return & Exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with the order, you can easily return/exchange the product using our website or app itself. However, there are a few basic rules to be eligible:  

• Product has to be in original & unused state
• Request has to be raised within 7 days of delivery
• We accept the request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, colour or design or in case an item is missing/wrong in a combo order

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care items

To complete your return/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
